Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy: 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can correct the issue.

Items damaged or defective may be returned by emailing contact@upsigh.com or service@upsigh.com

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Damaged/Defective Items

  • If you have received a defective item, please email us within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item… It will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing choice.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping is attempted.

Shipping a Return:

If approved for a return you will receive a link to pay for a return shipping label. After paying for the label it will be emailed to you. Once the item is received you will refunded for the original order within 3-5 business days.
